These terms apply to Hireable (usehireable.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use Hireable

You must be at least 18 years old. The AI service we use does not allow use by anyone under 18.

2. What the service does

Hireable uses artificial intelligence (AI) to compare LinkedIn profile text with a checklist of commonly recommended practices and gives general suggestions. It is free and provided for informational purposes only.

3. No guarantees

• Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Scores are estimates, not official ratings. Use your own judgment.
• We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, more profile views, or any other outcome.
• Hireable is not professional career, legal, or financial advice, and does not replace a qualified career advisor.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may change, be unavailable, or stop at any time.

4. Your content and your responsibilities

• Only submit your own profile, or a profile you have permission to share.
• Don't submit sensitive information (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial details). We automatically remove emails, phone numbers and links, but can't catch everything.
• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or get around its limits, no automated requests, and no unlawful or harmful content.
• You keep all rights to the content you submit.

5. Third-party services

Your text is processed by Google's Gemini AI to generate results. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

6. Trademarks

LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Hireable is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. We mention LinkedIn only to describe what the tool works with.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hireable and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the results. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $0 or the minimum amount allowed by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
